Testimonials
-
What is the difference between ART (Active Release Technique) and regular massage? With ART Bull is creating relative motion between two specific tissues that are stuck. In massage we are flushing the blood and lymph systems. Relaxing the nervous system.
-
Why does a 30-minute ART session cost the same as a 50-minute massage?ART is the gold standard in Soft-Tissue Care. A visit to an ART provider is like having access to a specialist in muscles, nerves, ligaments, fascia, and joints – one who is qualified to assess and treat over 500 structures. You can check to see if someone is a certified ART practitioner on the ART website.
-
Do I have to take my clothes off?Absolutely not. For ART you will be advised to wear comfortable or stretchy clothing such as yoga pants/shorts, sports bra, or any kind of athletic attire that you can easily move around in. For your massage appointment you can take off or leave on anything you’re comfortable with. Florida law dictates that you will be covered at all times except for the particular part being worked on.
-
Do you accept credit cards?Yes. We like to say we make it very easy for you to part with your money. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and checks.
-
Do you take insurance? It’s not that we don’t take insurance, insurance usually does not pay for our services. If you know your insurance covers all or part of a service, we are happy to provide you with an invoice with the necessary coding. We also sell packages of services at a reduced rate to help make services a little more affordable. All information on packages can be found on our website or call our office.
-
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for online?Call our Fort Walton Beach office! We do not reveal all availability online so that we can have some ‘wiggle room’ for emergency situations. Always leave a message if it’s after hours. All messages are checked and answered promptly the next morning.
-
What if something comes up and I have to cancel?A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations under 12 hours (Except ART) NO SHOW/ NO CALL will be charged 100% of the cost of service. This will be charged to your credit card or one visit on your Package that you may have on file here.
-
Do I have to stick with the same therapist every time I come or can I try everyone?Definitely try everyone! All of our therapists are great at what they do and meet all Florida licensure requirements.
