Cancellation Policy:
CREDIT CARD information is required to hold your spot.
To avoid CC fee you may pay with check or cash at time of visit.
$25 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations between 24 and 12 hours prior to appointment time.
FULL PRICE of appointment will be charged for cancellations less than 12 hours before appointment OR one visit considered used from your package.
