What to expect from a private yoga session?
Each session is designed specifically for you based on your physical level, health condition, stress level, and current personal goals. You do not have to be flexible, physically fit, or have previous yoga experience to start practicing. The sessions are sequenced in a way that gradually you will be introduced to different postures and breath exercises that are designed to assist you in improving your physical strength and flexibility, calming the mind, and reducing the stress level.
What are the common goals of private yoga sessions?
Leaning fundamentals of yoga. People who are new to yoga and/or for some reasons uncomfortable joining public classes find private instructions extremely helpful in getting a good foundation regarding the main yoga postures, breathing approaches, and meditation.
Yoga as therapy. Therapeutic yoga sessions are designed for clients with special heath concerns, people recovering from injuries, and those, who need special attention from the teacher.
Deepening the practice or developing home practice. Private classes allow yoga students to receive personalized instructions from the teacher, get necessary adjustments to correct the alignments in the postures, and receive professional guidance in developing yoga practice at home.
